P&L management
Budgeting
Training
Customer relations, billing
Implementing plans to grow the business
The ideal candidate MUST:

Ideal candidate would be someone who is looking to grow a business segment
and can execute a plan. Have a minimum of 3 years management experience
and experience in equipment rental operation Be familiar with activities
as it relates to scheduling and expediting turnaround of a rental fleet.

Have a solid mechanical background

Have basic computer and strong organization skills.
